Product Description
Mecosey Dermal Signal Exosomes is a novel, synergistic aesthetic formulation designed for mesotherapy (intradermal/intradermal injection). It combines the regenerative power of purified exosomes with the hydrating and revitalizing properties of a non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid (HA) complex and Vitamin B12.
What is Exosomes?
Exosomes are naturally occurring extracellular vesicles (30-150 nm in size) released by cells. They act as critical messengers, carrying a cargo of proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids (like mRNA and miRNA) between cells. In skincare, exosomes derived from MSCs:
Stimulate Collagen & Elastin: Signal recipient skin cells (fibroblasts) to increase production of collagen and elastin, reducing fine lines and improving firmness.
Enhance Cellular Regeneration: Promote cell proliferation and migration, aiding in tissue repair and rejuvenation.
Modulate Inflammation: Carry anti-inflammatory factors that can help soothe skin and improve conditions like redness.
Improve Hydration: Support the function of skin barrier cells and enhance moisture retention.

Mecosey Exosomes-Barrier+ Ingredients & Efficacy
Key Ingredients: Exosomes + Acetyl Tetrapeptide-3.
Efficacy: Stimulates hair follicle regeneration, nourishes scalp and roots, activates dormant follicles, reduces hair loss, and increases hair density. Targeted activation of hair growth.

Preparation & Reconstitution (Crucial Step)
(1). Aseptic Technique: Perform all steps in a sterile environment.
(2). Transfer: Using a sterile syringe and needle, draw the entire 5ml solution from Vial 2.
(3). Reconstitution: Slowly inject the solution into Vial 1 containing the 50mg exosome lyophilized powder. Avoid forceful streaming.
(4). Mixing: Gently swirl or roll the vial until the powder is completely dissolved and a homogeneous mixture is formed. DO NOT SHAKE VIGOROUSLY, as this may damage the exosome structure.
(5). The reconstituted product should be used within a very short timeframe (often within 1-4 hours) to ensure potency and sterility. Do not store for later use.
FAQ
1. Treatment Course & Frequency
The protocol is designed for cumulative, regenerative effects over a series of sessions.
Initial Loading Phase: 3 to 4 sessions, spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart.
Example: Treatments at Week 0, Week 3, and Week 6.
Maintenance Phase: After the initial series, results can last for 6 to 12 months.
Maintenance treatments are typically recommended every 6 to 12 months to sustain optimal results.
Some patients may opt for a single annual “booster” session.
2. Protocol for Combination with Procedures
-With Microneedling:
Perform microneedling (0.5mm – 1.0mm depth) to create micro-channels.
Apply the entire dose (e.g., 3ml) of exosome solution topically, massaging it gently into the skin for penetration.
May be followed by a biomask or left to absorb.
-With Fractional Laser (e.g., CO2, Erbium):
Perform the laser treatment according to standard resurfacing parameters.
Immediately after, apply the exosome solution topically to the treated area.
This method leverages the “open channel” effect of the laser for enhanced delivery and is believed to aid in healing and reduce downtime.
3. Post-Treatment Care
– Mild redness, swelling, or pinpoint bleeding is normal and subsides within a few hours to 1-2 days.
– Apply a cold compress if needed to reduce swelling.
– Use a gentle cleanser and high-SPF broad-spectrum sunscreen daily.
– Avoid saunas, steam rooms, intense exercise, and excessive sun exposure for 24-48 hours.
– Do not rub or massage the treated area
4. Contraindications
– Hypersensitivity or allergy to any component (exosomes, hyaluronic acid, Vitamin B12).
– Active skin infections, inflammation, or herpes simplex in the treatment area.
– Autoimmune diseases or immunosuppressive therapy (relative contraindication – consult physician).
– Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
– History of keloid or hypertrophic scarring.
– Blood clotting disorders or use of anticoagulants.
